Vulcanization
Using the vulcanization process, we also manufacture technical elastomer components (rubber, silicone, Viton®, etc.) fully tailored to customer requirements and designs. Our key advantage lies in the in-house design and manufacturing of vulcanization molds, which enables fast adaptation and full control over the entire production process. When required, we produce test or prototype parts to verify material suitability and component design, followed by the production of small or large series with reliable repeatability and consistent quality.
Polyurethane components
We offer various polyurethane products, from couplings and springs to sheet metal forming products and other technical items.
Custom-made polyurethane (PU) components can be manufactured—depending on the intended application and required geometry—using casting into molds, machining, or a combination of both processes. This provides a high degree of flexibility in terms of component design as well as mechanical properties.
A wide range of PU materials allows us to ensure the most suitable properties in line with customer requirements.
The casting molds are designed and manufactured in-house, enabling fast response times, flexibility during the production process, and the highest levels of accuracy and quality, even for technically demanding polyurethane applications.
Polyurethane wheels
Polyurethane wheels can be made according to the customer’s technical requirements or based on a sample of the existing wheel. Thanks to our wide range of production processes, we can produce complete wheels, including both the core and the polyurethane tread.
In many cases, refurbishing old wheels is a more practical solution. In such cases, we remove the old polyurethane layer and replace it with a new one, allowing our customers to extend the service life of their equipment and achieve significant cost savings compared to replacing the entire wheels.
Polyurethane rollers
Like polyurethane wheels, we also manufacture rollers with polyurethane coatings, tailored to the intended application and customer specifications. We can produce complete rollers with a kernel and PU layer or refurbish existing rollers by removing the old polyurethane coating and applying a new one. This ensures the required mechanical properties, long service life, and reliable performance even in demanding industrial applications.

We offer CNC machining and manufacturing of technically demanding components from steel, aluminium and plastics. Our services include turning, 3- and 5-axis milling, cylindrical and surface grinding, enabling high precision, repeatability, and the production of complex components according to the customer’s technical specifications.
