At Tesnila Bogadi, we manufacture custom-made hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders tailored to the specific technical requirements and operating conditions of each application. Based on customer drawings, samples, or functional specifications, we produce individual cylinder components using our in-house CNC machining, ensuring high precision, reliability, and long service life of the final product. Our approach enables both the production of new cylinders as well as the modification or replacement of existing solutions.
As specialists in sealing technology, we place particular emphasis on the selection and optimization of the sealing system during the cylinder design process. Drawing on our extensive experience, we adapt seal materials, profiles, and arrangements according to pressure, temperature, operating speed, and the type of media involved. Cylinder service and maintenance
At Tesnila Bogadi, we provide service and maintenance for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders as well as other components related to hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Our service includes diagnostics, disassembly, inspection of worn parts, and repair or replacement of individual components, with a focus on addressing the root cause rather than just the symptoms. Our goal is to restore reliable system performance and extend the service life of the equipment.
Since we develop and manufacture custom-made seals and have our own in-house CNC machining capabilities, we can optimize sealing systems during cylinder servicing to suit the actual operating conditions. In addition to cylinder repair, we also refurbish and maintain other hydraulic components, providing our customers with a comprehensive and reliable solution for the sealing and upkeep of their hydraulic systems.
Repair and refurbishing of other hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies
In addition to cylinder servicing, we also repair and refurbish other assemblies and equipment where seals play a critical role in reliable operation. This includes hydraulic jacks, presses, pumps, hydraulic control units, and other industrial and working equipment.
